Our Background

Kenley's is the life long concept and development of owner/operator Kenley Waller. Mr. Waller is a 20+ year veteran of the food service industry with a reputation for owning and operating eateries with a strong commitment to great food, excellent service and community involvement.

Kenley began his career in the food service industry in 1979 as a manager for Hardee's Food System in Atlanta. During his career, he has been a franchisee of Churches Fried Chicken and an operating partner with Shoney's Family restaurants in Atlanta. With all of these organizations, he has consistently exceeded goals in sales, food cost, crew retention, net profit and local store marketing. His accomplishments in the industry and community are well documented, as he is the recipient of numerous rewards, including 2 consecutive years as Hardee's Restaurant Manager of the Year, the Operating Partner of the Year with RTM Shoney's, 1997-98 Rotarian of the Year (South DeKalb Rotary Club), 1998 Golden Eagle Award (Atlanta Area Council, Boy Scouts of America), and 1998 Outstanding Georgia Citizen (Georgia Secretary of State).

Kenley also is an accomplished speaker, lecturing and presenting on a variety of business topics. He transfers to his audiences, the business knowledge he's gained throughout his career as a successful businessman. If your organization would like to book Kenley as a speaker, email him at
